To improve air quality and promote sustainable transport, the London Borough of Camden initiated a borough-wide programme to install electric vehicle (EV) charging points at 90 strategic locations. Citisense was commissioned to provide end-to-end support for consultation, analysis, and technical design to facilitate implementation.

Outcomes:

• Achieved a robust, well-communicated consultation process.
• Enabled LBC to move swiftly to the implementation phase with confidence in the technical accuracy of the proposed infrastructure.
• Strengthened public trust in the council’s sustainable transport strategy through transparency and responsiveness.
