I manage the data division at Citisense and the development of our Smart Lenz software solution. I have worked on major Highways, Public Realm and Active Travel schemes including the award-winning Francis Road in Leyton and the Coppermill Village Liveable Neighbourhood scheme in Walthamstow, Waltham Forest. I have managed various stages of project lifecycles from feasibility, preliminary designs, stakeholder engagement and monitoring. I put real emphasis on effective monitoring and identifying the best methodologies and strategies to effectively understand the benefits derived from schemes.

Vass Constantinides

Strategic Development Executive

Vass has a wealth of experience, having spent time working in both the public and private sectors. Vass has over 6 years of experience in the transport industry, delivering high-level Traffic and Parking projects, and is an associate member of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation. During his time in the public sector, he worked on active travel and public realm projects, as well as leading controversial parking schemes. He is highly experienced in project management, including producing consultation reports and key stakeholder engagement. Vass also has a strong background in financial management and budget monitoring, along with contract and account management. His expertise in bid writing has contributed to securing a range of successful projects.

Jack has over 10 years experience working on multiple complex projects within the parking and traffic management industry for both private and public sector clients. Jack has comprehensive experience supporting local authorities with their traffic and parking schemes delivery programmes from inception to completion and ensuring the highest level of accuracy at each stage of the project. Jack has a great understanding of finance and project management and delivering projects on time and to budget.

A high preforming, qualified behaviour change and engagement practitioner with 14 years’ experience in sustainable transport, project management, consultation and engagement delivery. She has held several positions within local authorities and the private sector that have allowed her to deliver growth in active and sustainable travel and develop a strategic approach to deliver world leading solutions. Her specialism lies in understanding the diverse range of stakeholders and relevant governing structures for individual projects and developing effective solutions with internal and external stakeholders. She is highly skilled in building strong relationships, designing and delivering integrated active travel projects in the public and private sectors, building advocacy with stakeholders, protecting and enhancing corporate reputation and successfully delivering policies and complex projects to a high standard.
