Citisense has supported Redbridge, Kingston and Sutton Councils through the successful approval of their Lane Rental scheme applications, with all three authorities now progressing towards ‘go live’ with our continued support.

Each authority has a different network, priorities and operational requirements. Our support has therefore been tailored to help each council develop a Lane Rental scheme that responds to the needs of its network and can be delivered effectively in practice.

During the application stage, our work included scheme development, Traffic Sensitive Street evaluation, cost benefit analysis and the assessment of staffing, operational, IT and financial requirements.
