This framework provides a compliant and efficient route for all London boroughs and the City of London to access highways and transport consultancy services, supporting a wide range of engineering projects.

Lot 3 focuses on the delivery of engineering consultancy services across the full project lifecycle, including design, traffic surveys and data collection, management and advisory support. This covers everything from data collection, feasibility and preliminary design through to detailed design and implementation, alongside ongoing technical advice and project support.

Our appointment reflects the company’s growing capability to support local authorities with a broad range of services, including traffic and transport studies, transport planning, technology and data collection, highways engineering, road safety, and public realm improvements.
